Check out this year’s choices, changes and costs to make sure you get the benefits that are right for you. If you’ve looked at the premium costs for 2025 and want to stay on the same plan, you don’t need to re-enroll.

From Thursday, October 31 at 8 a.m. to Friday, November 22 at 5 p.m. PT, you can make UC Open Enrollment changes online through your account UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) account. To register and change your vision plan, visit VSP at ucretirees.vspforme.com or call 866-240-8344.

If you are enrolled in the Medicare Coordinator Program: Use the UBEN 100 form to make changes to dental and legal coverage under open enrollment. Make health plan changes (if necessary) during Medicare open enrollment through Via Benefits from Tuesday, October 15 through Saturday, December 7.

If you choose a Medicare plan that is not sponsored by UC, including the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans (Principal and Prestige), your enrollment in the UC-sponsored Medicare plan will automatically terminate and you will not receive a UC contribution.
