Alabama Homecoming 2024: When does the parade start?

The University of Alabama’s 2024 homecoming week will culminate with the Crimson Tide’s game against Missouri at Bryant-Denny Stadium, kicking off Saturday at 2:30 p.m

The annual homecoming parade, which passes through downtown Tuscaloosa and the UA campus, begins at 10 a.m

Crimson Tide football legend and NFL Pro Bowler Shaun Alexander will serve as grand marshal.

The parade begins at Hudson Poole Fine Jewelers on Greensboro Avenue in downtown Tuscaloosa, turns east onto University Boulevard and continues across campus.

The actual game itself starts just 4.5 o’clock later. So between Walk of Champions, Elephant Stomp and Tailgating, be sure to join the parade on Saturday, October 26th.

Grab a spot on University Boulevard and cheer on the Million Dollar Band, the Alabama cheerleaders, the crazy frat costumes and the wild tuxedo-clad law students in one of the school’s best traditions every year.

And if you’ve never been to the Friday night pep-talk and bonfire festivities, check it off your Alabama football wish list this year.
