Apple releases iOS 18.2 beta and iPadOS 18.2 beta with ChatGPT, Genmoji and more [Download]

Apple has released iOS 18.2 beta and iPadOS 18.2 beta for developers to test. The release includes new artificial intelligence features including ChatGPT, Genmoji, Image Playground and Visual Intelligence.

The iOS 18.2 beta gives you an early preview of upcoming apps, features, and technologies. Please backup your iPhone before installing the beta.

This beta includes upcoming features provided by Apple Intelligence. To try out the Apple Intelligence beta, join the waitlist in Settings and you’ll be notified when it’s ready for your device. Both the device language and the Siri language must be set to English (US), English (UK), English (CA), English (AU), English (NZ), or English (ZA). Apple Intelligence is available on all iPhone 16 models as well as iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Apple Intelligence is currently not available in the EU or China.
