Paul King and Disney’s live-action film PRINCE CHARMING have signed THOR star Chris Hemsworth to star

This was recently reported Paddington And Paddington 2 Director Paul King is on board to direct Prince Charming Film for Disney. Whether this is a prequel or a sequel remains unclear, although the latter seems more likely with the addition of Chris Hemsworth.

According to Deadline (via ComicBookMovie.com) the Avengers: Endgame And Thor Star is in talks to play the iconic character. It’s an interesting role for Hemsworth in a year where he has been widely praised for his work Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga And Transformers One.

Prince Charming Plot details are being kept secret, but King is co-writing the film along with Simon Farnaby and Jon Croker. Therefore, it will probably be his next feature film after last year’s Wonka.

Disney’s “Prince Charming” is the love interest of Cinderella in the 1950 animated classic. Unlike many other Disney princes, Prince Charming’s character is not deeply developed in the original film. He is simply portrayed as a handsome and noble character who falls in love with Cinderella at the royal ball.

We certainly don’t need to remind you that his most memorable moment came when he sent his servants to find the owner of the glass slipper, who was determined to reunite with Cinderella.

Subsequent retellings have fleshed out the character somewhat, including in live action Cinderella in 2015, in which he was played Eternal Star Richard Madden.

As for Hemsworth’s future as Thor, the Australian actor addressed it in an interview earlier this summer. “I’ve enjoyed every second of the Marvel experience and I’m always ready to do more, but we’re all kind of waiting to hear what happens.” he admitted.

In a separate interview, he added: “I’ve loved every second of working in the Marvel Universe and if there’s more to come, I’m excited for it. Nothing official yet. I’m kind of waiting for the call and waiting for the news to see.” See what happens. But you know, I love it.

Hemsworth hasn’t shied away from criticizing the God of Thunder’s portrayal Thor: Love and Thunder and will probably get the chance to return the favor with another solo outing. Before that happens, the hero will almost certainly take center stage Avengers: End of the World And Avengers: Secret Wars.
