Shygirl Saweetie “Immaculate” music video release stream

After completing her residency as the opening act for Charli XCX and Troye Sivan’s SWEAT Tour, Shygirl has released a new single featuring Sacramento-born rapper Saweetie.

On “Immaculate,” the two ride playful flows with lines like “Baddie B, lyrically chicer than your average G” by Shygirl and “I’m the it-girl of the it-girls” by Saweetie. Amid a barrage of glitch-heavy effects, Shygirl and Saweetie sit in the backseat of a car in night vision and take over a gas station bodega, where they indulge in slushies. In true Shygirl fashion, the image is a dark kaleidoscope of lo-fi pixels and collaged images.

The new single for the artist’s upcoming project comes following her recently released remix of Charli XCX’s “365,” which served as the opening number for Charli’s set. As a surprise to fans, Shygirl also brought Saweetie along to perform the new track together during the San Francisco show over the weekend. Although the American tour is set to end this week, the artist will rejoin Charli on the UK tour next November and December.
