LeBron James explained why playing with Bronny James is so special and you might need your tissues for it.

On Tuesday, LeBron and his son took part in a matchup between the Timberwolves and the Lakers and made history as a father-son duo. Many people who have followed LeBron’s entire career may have found it overwhelming to see him on the court with his oldest child. However, if this scene didn’t touch everyone’s hearts, hearing LeBron talk about it might be enough.

In a post-match interview, he was asked why playing with Bronny means so much, especially for someone who has made history many times. LeBron didn’t hesitate to pour his heart out. He shared this with TNT’s Taylor Rooks:

“It’s family. It was always the family that came above everything. You know, I lost a lot of time playing this league… being away at times and missing a lot of his stuff…”
