Officers arrest man accused of stealing property totaling more than 0,000

COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – A man is charged with a series of thefts in four jurisdictions, according to the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office.

Anthony Lee Harris is charged with grand larceny, Detective Laura Rutland said.

A joint investigation by the Colleton and Charleston County Sheriff’s Offices led to the arrest of Harris and the recovery of stolen equipment. Officers recovered items including an enclosed trailer and its contents, a dump trailer, a Bobcat skid steer loader, a large flatbed trailer and a pickup truck.

Officials sent Harris to the Colleton County Detention Center and said he was facing charges from three other agencies related to the thefts.
