All former Duke basketball players in the NBA for the 2024-25 season

NBA fans found former Duke basketball stars everywhere during the 2023-24 postseason.

Jayson Tatum, now the centerpiece of the Boston Celtics, won his first championship when the Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks in five games during the NBA Finals in June. The 6-foot-2 forward passed Kobe Bryant for the most postseason points scored before a player’s 27th birthday after leading Boston in points, rebounds and assists during its championship run.

For their part, the Mavericks reached the Finals thanks to Kyrie Irving and Dereck Lively II, two former Blue Devils themselves. In the early rounds, Orlando Magic star Paolo Banchero starred in a dramatic seven-game series against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

With two dozen Duke basketball alums scattered across the league, there’s a good chance the Blue Devils will tell the story of the 2024-25 season as well. Here is a list of every NBA player who played their college ball at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
