Apple sends watchOS 11.1 RC1 to developers [Download]

Apple has made the first release candidate of watchOS 11.1 for the Apple Watch available to developers for testing. This follows the release of watchOS 11 to all users last month.

This update contains improvements and bug fixes, including a fix for an issue writing respiratory disorder data to HealthKit for some users.

For devices running watchOS 9.5 or later, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates on your iPhone and select the developer beta to install this software. Before testing your software on your device, make sure to enable Developer Mode in Settings > Privacy & Security.

To update to the latest beta version of watchOS, use the Watch app on iPhone to update the software.
