Poison 3 opens Thursday with extended previews. The initial reactions hit social media and, as usual with such reactions, are overwhelmingly positive.

The reactions offer Poison 3 is the best of the franchise, it’s emotional, epic, funny and huge and has a great cast. Check out the reactions below.

Kelly Marcel directs from a screenplay she wrote based on a story by Hardy and Marcel. The film is produced by Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, Kelly Marcel, Tom Hardy and Hutch Parker.

Knull is scary, I loved how they used him and portrayed him as a future threat. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that this isn’t Tom Hardy’s last dance with Venom and that we’ll see him face to face with Spider-Man when we least expect it.

There are a few things here and there that didn’t quite work for me, but there’s enough to keep the audience engaged, including some nice homages and more heart than I expected. In her feature film debut as a director, Kelly Marcel did a good job here and made a lot of records.

Tom Hardy is absolutely at his best in this role as Eddie Brock and Venom, with a great cast of characters including Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor, and lots of symbiote goodness…!

I find #VenomTheLastDance is the best of the three, but still incredibly bad. It’s bizarre and worth watching because it’s willing to try anything. Symbiote fish? Secure. Mrs. Chen dance sequence?
