Undercover drug investigation leads to the arrest of a Bowling Green man

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Investigators say a Bowling Green man is in custody after selling fentanyl.

The Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force said it conducted controlled purchases of fentanyl from 32-year-old Marcus Hudson of Bowling Green in October.

Investigators say more than 28 grams of fentanyl were purchased over a 90-day period.

On October 21, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office stopped Hudson. Hudson was served with warrants and traffic violations and was taken into custody.

Officers say a bag containing a white crystalline substance was found in Hudson’s possession. Hudson told police the substance was Epsom salt, authorities say.

After the arrest, the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force charged Hudson with selling fentanyl.

Hudson is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail and is charged with aggravated trafficking in a controlled substance (at least 28 grams of fentanyl).
