WWE RAW Bombshell: Samantha Irvin stuns the wrestling world by releasing a statement on the future of the company

It’s so hard to say goodbye to yesterday. Boyz II Men knew it. They always knew. And when it comes to what Samantha Irvin means to the WWE Universe, there are no more apt words after she delivered bombshell news to the world on Monday.

Irvin, who has become a superstar in the WWE, is parting ways with the promotion.

“WWE Universe, my time as your Monday Night RAW ring announcer has come to an end. I love you all more than anything and that doesn’t mean the end of my art. I have more to share throughout my life. Thank you to every WWE fan who embraced me.

To the women’s locker room: You are the most incredible group of people on this earth. I am extremely proud to be your colleague and friend.

To the crew and cameramen: I can’t thank you enough for the encouragement and the laughs. You created such a wonderful, positive atmosphere for me. I love you all.”

It’s unclear what her next step will be, but Irvin will have a plethora of options, presumably given her talents not only as a ring announcer, but also as a gifted singer.

Her departure comes just weeks after her partner Ricochet parted ways with WWE to join AEW – in one of the most emotional kayfabe moments of all time, which saw Irvin left in emotional shambles as Ricochet was thrown into an ambulance after being wrecked by him Bron Breakker was loaded.

All eyes will be on Irvin to see what she does next, and what she contributed to WWE will never be forgotten, and it’s possible it will never be equaled.
