Crowell earns GLVC Football Player of the Week honors

INDIANAPOLIS – University of Indianapolis freshman defensive lineman Key Crowell was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Football Special Teams Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

• He broke off the 77-yard touchdown return after a blocked field goal for his first career touchdown
• Added 10 tackles (all solo) and a pass breakup, which is a career high
• Earns Special Teams Player of the Week award for first time in career.
