Competition #15 is now live in Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition

Speedrunners ready! This week, Nintendo Switch Online members can participate in Nintendo World Championships: NES™ Edition Contest #15. In World Championships and Survival modes, there are the following five challenges:

  • Paratroopa Fall (Super Mario Bros™: Lost Levels)
  • Step It Up (Super Mario Bros™)
  • Curtain Raise: Morton (Super Mario Bros. 3™)
  • Restrained Hero (Zelda II: The Adventure of Link™)
  • Pop ‘Em All (Balloon Fight™)

These challenges will run from now until October 28th. presented at 1:59 a.m. PT. Show the world what you have!

Oh, and did you enter the competition last week? Be sure to watch the game to find out how you performed overall and against other players in the year you were born, and see replays of the top runs for each challenge. (The replays may even show you ways to improve your own times!)
