Ballot drop boxes open in Oceanside: Find yours

OCEANSIDE, CA – While all registered voters have the option to mail in their ballot, you can still easily drop off your ballot at your local Oceanside ballot box this year.

Ballot boxes opened across California on October 8th. Voters have until November 5th at 8 p.m. to drop off their ballot at a local vote center or ballot drop box. Ballots sent by mail can arrive by November 12th as long as they are postmarked on or before Election Day.

Counties began sending ballots by mail on Oct. 7. All active, registered voters are expected to receive a mail-in ballot for the general election.

Not sure if you’re registered to vote or need to change your address? Here you can find out more and make changes if necessary. Californians must register by October 21st to vote in the November 5th election. You can also register to vote conditionally in person on Election Day.

Voting centers in Oceanside will be open for early in-person voting starting October 26th. On election day, voting centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m
