Bridge Digital Inc. announces collaboration with Beamr Imaging.

Leveraging Beamr’s patented GPU-based technology, available through scalable cloud services, this partnership provides benefits to video-focused industries. The technology enables video file size and streaming bandwidth to be reduced by up to 50% without loss of quality, transforming the way broadcasters, streaming platforms and large video repositories manage and distribute their content.

Through this collaboration, Bridge Digital Inc. will distribute Beamr’s service, designed specifically for companies that create, manage or store large video libraries, including those in news, sports, entertainment and user-generated content. Together, Bridge Digital Inc. and Beamr aim to offer a “Forever Video” solution that enables companies to future-proof their video content while reducing operational costs through efficient, automated and scalable video pipelines.

Beamr’s video service also includes support for the AV1 (AOMedia Video 1) format, ensuring long-term compatibility of video content across all platforms.
