Fall Playoff Duties Perry Sports | Raccoon Valley Radio

Fall sports begin the postseason this week. Perry will compete in numerous competitions and hopes to extend his season. Tuesday night Perry Volleyball hosts Creston. The winner will face Glenwood on Thursday, while the loser’s season will end. Perry will compete in cross country on Wednesday in Ames. The coed state qualifier will take place at the Iowa State Cross Country Course. The event, hosted by Gilbert, will feature 13 schools. Those who race fast enough will qualify for the state meet in Fort Dodge on November 1st. Perry football was eliminated due to a late-season birth and Jayette’s swimming meets on Nov. 9 for a chance to go to state.
