Twitter reacts to win against Panthers

The Washington Commanders entered Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers as 9.5-point favorites. Washington didn’t wait long to pounce on the Panthers as linebacker Dante Fowler Jr. intercepted Andy Dalton and returned it 67 yards for a touchdown.

They weren’t done yet, as the Commanders built a 27-0 halftime lead en route to a 40-7 victory over Carolina. However, there were some concerns during the game as rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels exited with a rib injury. Daniels did not return, but his mother reported positively on his health.

Washington is now 5-2 and is the highest scoring team in the NFL. As you might expect, X – formerly of Twitter – was excited. Here are some reactions to Washington’s recent performance.

Commanders rookie CB Mike Sainristil has been making GAMES the last few weeks. He was expected to fill the nickel spot, but he was forced into outside duty and is responding well.
