THE HYPOTHESIS release new album “Evolve” with video for “Watch The World Burn With Me”

Finnish progressive metal band The Hypothesis celebrates the release of their new album entitled Evolve on October 18th, available now via Noble Demon. To fuel the flames of excitement, The Hypothesis have released a music video for their latest single “Watch The World Burn With Me” directed by Teppo Ristola and Juuso Turkki.

About the title, the band reveals: “The song tells the story of an individual who sacrifices everything for immortality, only to lose himself and be banished by the gods, damned forever and left behind among the stars. In exile they summon demons. “Watch with them as the world burns and find comfort in their shared destruction.”

Hailing from the dark realm of Kouvola in Finland, The Hypothesis was formed in 2009 as a melodic metal unit driven by a desire to break free from genre constraints and evolve with each musical endeavor. With former members now playing in renowned bands such as Opeth and Stratovarius, The Hypothesis is a powerful quartet with a relentless pursuit of musical excellence.

The Hypothesis emerged with their debut album Origin in 2016, followed by successful single releases in 2018, and signed a contract with Noble Demon in 2024, marking a significant milestone in their musical journey. With the newly released album Evolve, fans of Gojira, Textures and Tesseract can look forward to a captivating sound experience that pushes the boundaries of progressive metal.

Evolve is available now on Noble Demon and can be streamed here.
