Stan delivers another Christmas film with Nugget Is Dead: A Christmas Story

Stan has revealed that their Australian Christmas film for 2024, Nugget is Dead: A Christmas Storywill debut on November 21st.

This debut film comes from writers and main actors Vic Zerbst And Jenna Owenwho are best known for their comedy and sketch work on shows like The feed. The two also have an ABC original series, optics, arrive in 2025.

The press release shared with the reveal trailer states: Jenna Owen said:

“Nugget is Dead is partly a love letter to my family and my upbringing in Wollongong. As so many of us know, when you move from your hometown to the city, sometimes you’re trying to create a chic new version of yourself. This film is about coming home, to your family, your dog, but also to who you really are.”
