What we know about the Bengals' star left tackle Orlando Brown Jr.

CLEVELAND— Bengals left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. left Sunday’s game with an apparent right knee injury.

Brown went out in the second quarter and did not return.

It turned out that the Pro Bowler did not suffer a knee injury. He is dealing with a calf injury that will be reevaluated Monday morning, league sources tell BengalsTalk.com.

After the win, Brown returned to the sideline and went to the locker room.
