Arresting Agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Rodney Bruce Berkshire, of Greenwood, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 and remains at SCADC without bail. Berkshire was charged with Failure to Appear – Class A Misdemeanor and Assisting Outside an Agency – Misconduct.

Daniel Ray Brown, of Lavaca, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 9:13 p.m. Oct. 16 and remains in SCADC without bail. Brown was charged with Failure to Appear – Class C Felony, Contempt of Court – (Child Support), FTAS, FTRespond Subpoena, FTComply WCO, Hiding, Violation of Probation, Fleeing on Foot – Misdemeanor, Refusal to Submit to Arrest, and Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Using Meth/Cocaine.

Meghan LaShea Bryant, of Greenwood, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 11:27 p.m. Oct. 13 and released on a legal bond at 1:44 a.m. Oct. 14. Bryant was charged with first-offense drunken driving.

Jacob William Clark, of Charleston, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 10:27 p.m. Oct. 15 and released on bond at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 16. Clark was charged with contempt and willful disobedience (failure to pay a fine).

Kolton Brook Hughes, of Greenwood, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 3:27 a.m. Oct. 19 and released on a legal bond at 6:03 a.m. Oct. 19. Hughes was charged with second-offense drunken driving.

Susan Elaine Koch of Paris was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 1:01 a.m. Oct. 14 and released on bond at 3:51 a.m. Oct. 14. Koch was charged with first offense drunk driving.

Kristina Nicole Russell, of Midland, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 6:32 p.m. Oct. 17 and remains at SCADC on a legal bond. Russell was charged with Schedule I/II Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance

William Barnaby Tafoya, of Mansfield, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 6:05 a.m. Oct. 15 and remains at SCADC on a legal bond. Tafoya was charged with DWI I – Drug Offense.

Jonathan Wayne Vincent, of Huntington, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 4:10 p.m. Oct. 19 and remains at SCADC without bail. Vincent was charged with second-degree domestic violence-aggravated assault.

Arresting Agency – Arkansas State Police Troop H:
Justin Scott Brown, of Greenwood, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 11:10 a.m. Oct. 15 and remains at SCADC without bail. Brown was charged with escape and probation violation.

Richard Victor Glasener, Fourth of Lavaca, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 9:32 a.m. Oct. 15 and released on signature at 8:10 p.m. Oct. 15. Glasner was charged with Petition to Revoke – Felony and Contempt and Willful Disobedience (Failure to Pay Fine).

Steven Lyndell Goodson, of Paris, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 4:35 p.m. Oct. 15 and released on signature at 11:47 a.m. Oct. 17. Goodson was charged with Failure to Appear – Class C Misdemeanor.

Terrell Marquis Lawson, of Hackett, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 11:02 a.m. Oct. 18 and released on signature at 3:44 p.m. Oct. 18. Lawson was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked/revoked.

Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Department:
Darion Terrence Brumfield, of Greenwood, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 10:31 p.m. Oct. 18 and released on a legal bond at 1:04 a.m. Oct. 19. Brumfield was charged with Petition to Revoke – Felony.

Nathan Conley, of Hackett, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 3:00 p.m. Oct. 19 and released on a legal bond at 4:28 p.m. Oct. 19. Conley was charged with third-degree intentional domestic violence.

Isaac James Mannon, of Charleston, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 11:28 a.m. Oct. 17 and released to an outside agency at 11:59 a.m. Oct. 18. Mannon was charged with Failure to Appear – Class C Misdemeanor and Assisting an Outside Agency -Misd.

Rodney Charles McKee, of Hackett, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 9:37 a.m. Oct. 19 and remains in the SCADC Jail. McKee was charged with no liability insurance.

Jerome Andrew Schluterman, of Lavaca, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 2:27 p.m. Oct. 17 and remains incarcerated at SCADC. Schluterman was charged with third-degree assault on a family or household member.

Arresting Authority – Barling Police Department:
Patrick Parker Martin, of Lavaca, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 10:09 a.m. Oct. 16 and transferred to an outside agency at 2:56 p.m. Oct. 16. Martin was charged with the “assisting outside agency” crime.

Arresting Agency – Logan County Sheriff’s Office:
Haley Hice, 22, of Charleston, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center at 12:38 a.m. Oct. 14. Hice was charged with possession of a Schedule VI substance with intent to deliver and retain for other government agencies.

Michael Jackson Johnathan, 50, of Houston, TX, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center on October 15 at 12:41 p.m. Johnathan was charged with public intoxication – drinking alcohol in public.

Alexander Mason, 25, of Booneville, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center on Oct. 15 at 4:42 p.m. Mason was charged with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Roger Justus, 28, of Subiaco, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center at 11:57 a.m. Oct. 16. Justus was sentenced to several days in prison.

Robert Smith, 42, of Waldron, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center on Oct. 17 at 9:22 p.m. Smith was charged with fleeing, refusing to submit to arrest, arresting another authority, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal mischief.

Benjamin Deer, 33, of Booneville, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center at 12:21 a.m. Oct. 18. Deer was charged with contempt of court.

Zanna Lemmond, 33, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center on Oct. 18 at 6:21 p.m. Lemmond was charged with contempt of court.

Nicholas Anderson, 38, of Dover, was booked into the Logan County Detention Center on Oct. 19 at 8:46 p.m. Anderson was charged with third-degree domestic violence.

Arresting Agency – Franklin County Sheriff’s Office:
Mark Anthony Buchanan, 54, of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 19 at 3 p.m. Buchanan was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Candace Marie Beshears, 35, of Clarksville, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 18 at 1:17 p.m. Beshears was charged with an unclassified misdemeanor (FTA) for failure to appear.

Billy Lovell, 52, of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 17 at 3:03 p.m. Lovell was charged with theft of $25,000 or more – all others.

Jim Adron Ridenour, 46, of Mountainburg, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 17 at 1:12 p.m. Ridenour was charged with failure to comply with the conditions of a suspended or suspended sentence.

Ronald Hawkins, 43, of Gould, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center at 8:48 a.m. Oct. 17. Hawkins was charged with an unclassified misdemeanor (FTA) for failure to appear.

Lucas Grigsby, 41, of Altus, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 16 at 8:29 p.m. Grigsby was charged with an unclassified felony for failure to appear.

Cody Lee Hill, 22, of Fort Smith, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 16 at 4:05 p.m. Hill was charged with six counts of unclassified misdemeanor (FTA) failure to appear.

Dawn Denise Cockerham, 36, of Mountainburg, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 15 at 7:28 p.m. Cockerham was charged with an unclassified misdemeanor (FTA) for failure to appear.

Jeffrey Aaron Privett, 33, of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 14 at 10:29 p.m. Privett was charged with Domestic Violence – 3rd Degree/Intent to Injure, Causing Serious Injury, Escape/White Warrant.

Alston Lee Taylor, 29, of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on Oct. 13 at 7:03 p.m. Taylor was charged with two counts: failure to appear, no license plate light, owner failure to register vehicle – expired plates, no proof of liability insurance, driving while license revoked, obstructing government operations, escape/arrest warrant and failure to comply with conditions of pre-trial release Court hearing.

Johnathan Dwayne Mcgee – Spencer, 33, of Charleston, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center at 2:45 a.m. Oct. 13. Mcgee was charged with an unclassified misdemeanor (FTA) for failure to appear.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in court.**
