Continuing a cruel Sam trend in Ghosts Season 4 makes Jay’s big story problem even worse

Ghosts Season 4 continues this cruel Sam trend and proves that the show needs a Jay twist. Before the Ghosts In the season four premiere, the series announced at ComicCon that Jay would be able to see the dead in the upcoming episode of the CBS show. The twist will change the premise of the series, which relies on Sam’s unique ability to see ghosts and Jay’s more realistic reality that audiences can relate to. Therein lies the problem with Jay’s twist in Season 4: it’s crucial to the character in some ways. In other cases, it threatens the balance on which the show rests.


Sam has certain disadvantages because he can see the dead. At some point, every ghost figure causes harm in their life. This all stems from their ability to see them, but it also has some major benefits. The spirits provide Sam with information. Although it might complicate the show’s premise, Jay needs to see the ghosts of Woodstone B&B to feel a connection to his home, and Sam’s deceptive trend proves that. Even if Jay’s ghost vision is only temporary, the ghosts could tell Jay that Sam deceived him. Jay could use the information to confront Sam and get her to renounce the lies for good. It’s the least she can do since Jay is already excluded from most of the house’s affairs. While it would jeopardize an ongoing matter Ghosts Gag, it might bring Sam and Jay even closer.
