General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks: Sam’s tragic end, Carly’s plea to Jason, Maxie Leaks Secret and Sonny’s caution

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 21 to November 1, reveal that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will deliver some important requests to Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). .

As Sam prepares for her transplant surgery the week of October 21-25, she may want to make sure that Jason is taking care of Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Drew will be there for Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).

Sam could talk about needing some extra time off after the procedure and enlisting the support of her exes.

However, Sam may also recognize the possibility of complications and wants to be sure her children have the support they need if something goes wrong.

Despite a minor setback on Lulu’s part, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will make a compelling argument for why the operation should move forward.

We’ll see how Lucky somehow helps avoid a problem, so he’ll be glad he was able to help.

Across town, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will reveal a stunning secret to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who will most likely be stunned when she admits that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) are cousins ​are their connection to Scorpio.

Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) reasons for keeping Sasha a secret will come up against Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), who will be upset that his ex has denied him the chance to get to know her until now.

Holly will also have a duel with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) later on, so we’ll see if it’s about Sasha or perhaps the diamonds Holly stole from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

There could even be a showdown over both issues, because Anna will definitely go crazy!

Elsewhere, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be angry at Holly for letting Sasha down and now throwing her life into such chaos.

It sounds like Nina and Holly might have a fight or two of their own soon.

Holly’s plan with the stolen diamonds has failed, but she seems to be hoping that Sonny can help her sell them.

GH spoilers say Sonny will show his cautious side, so he may be hesitant to make a deal.

Over at Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he will make a vow to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and ultimately put a plan into action.

Curtis may want an insurance policy when it comes to silencing Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), or perhaps it’s about keeping Heather Webber (Alley Mills) locked up.

Meanwhile, Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) must remain calm under pressure when a crisis breaks out.

We’ll also see Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) defend her actions and beg Jason to see things her way.

Jason may still be suspicious of Carly’s growing connection with Brennan, but Carly clearly sees his softer side.

Steven Webber (Scott Reeves) will return to Port Charles on October 24th, where he will meet a stunned Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and also reunite with mom Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

Back at Robert’s, he will inform Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) about the daughter Holly hid from him.

By then there might be confirmation from the WSB lab, so Robert will reveal the Sasha shocker and send Diane reeling.

At the hospital, Sam and Lulu are prepared for surgery. So look out for Sam to spend some quality time with her loved ones before the transplant.

Sam will break down in tears as she bonds with Scout and receives support from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who awaits positive news as the proceedings move forward.

Unfortunately, GH spoilers indicate that Sam’s grim fate is fast approaching.

It’s possible that Sam won’t survive the surgery – or perhaps Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) or another character will sabotage her recovery afterwards.

Regardless, Sam’s death could occur the week of Oct. 28 to Nov. 1 and rock Port Charles.

Although Sam’s gift will give Lulu a second chance at life, Sam’s own life will be cut short.

It will be heartbreaking to see the reactions of Danny, Scout, Alexis, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and everyone else close to Sam.
