Miami (6-0, 2-0 ACC) earned a bye, while Louisville (4-2, 2-1) earned a 24-20 win at Virginia.

The Hurricanes are led by quarterback Cam Ward, who has thrown for 2,219 yards, second in the nation, and has a national-best 20 touchdown passes with five interceptions while also throwing for 161 yards and three scores. Xavier Restrepo has 32 receptions for 585 yards, leading the ACC, and five touchdowns. Damien Martinez is 17th in the ACC with 292 yards and five touchdowns.

Louisville’s Tyler Shough is fourth in the ACC with 1,674 passing yards and fourth in passer rating (162.2). Ja’Corey Brooks is second to Restrepo in receiving yards with 572 on 30 catches and leads the conference with six touchdowns, and Isaac Brown is eighth in rushing with 508 yards.

Miami leads the series 11-4-1 but lost last year’s game 38-31. The Hurricanes are 5-2 in Louisville.
