Simon Cowell: “I feel empty”

Simon Cowell, who signed One Direction after being discovered on The X Factor, has written a tribute to Liam Payne.

“You never really know how you feel about someone until a moment like this happens. Liam, I’m really devastated. Inconsolable. And I feel empty” he wrote on Instagram.

“I want you to know how much love and respect I have for you. Every tear I shed is a memory of you.

“I wanted to let you know what I would always tell the thousands of people who would ask me. What is Liam like? And I would tell them it was you funny, sweet, thoughtful, talented, humble, focused. And how much you love music. And How much love you really have for the fans.”
