“The Monster” – Darren Lynn Bousman directs a horror film starring Djimon Hounsou

Tonight fresh from New York Comic Con, Shudder has officially announced the eighth part of the franchise V/H/S/8 is coming to the horror streaming service in 2025.

Created by Bloody Disgusting and Brad Miska, the found footage horror anthology franchise V/H/S launched in 2012 and has spawned six sequels to date including V/H/S/2, V/H/S: Viral, V/H/S/94, V/H/S/99 And V/H/S/85and two spin-offs, siren And Children against aliens.

Now streaming, Shudder has just been released V/H/S/BEYOND this Halloween season.

The brand new seventh installment in the series from Shudder and Studio71 features “six new bloodcurdling tapes that put horror at the forefront of a sci-fi inspired hellscape.”

Here is the full list of segment titles and directors for this year V/H/S/BEYONDwhich is full of big names including Justin Long, Mike Flanagan And Kate Siegel

  • “Stowaway”: Director: Kate Siegel, Screenplay: Mike Flanagan
  • Plus a special presentation by Jay Cheel (“Cursed Films”)
