The Grain is Delafield’s first timber construction project, filling a void in the city and making it a premier destination for work and play. The development is Hendricks Commercial Properties’ first mass timber project in the heart of Delafield, Wisconsin. Two distinct buildings with 60,000 SF of office space, 18,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, and 125 parking spaces including underground parking, completely transforming the 1-acre vacant lot.
