Now Kamala Harris refuses to say what she would have done differently than Biden – citing ‘tradition’

Ask again later.

Vice President Kamala Harris refused to answer Friday when asked for at least the fourth time what she would have done differently than President Biden.

Harris, 59, cited a nebulous “tradition” that vice presidents are not “critical” of their bosses when questioned by NBC News reporter Peter Alexander during a campaign tour in Michigan.

“I want to be completely frank with you – you, even Mike Pence included – um – vice presidents are not critical of their presidents,” Harris began.

“I think it really doesn’t make sense in terms of tradition and also for the future [a] productive and important relationship,” she added.

Harris was first asked that question during an appearance on ABC News’ “The View” earlier this month and gave a different answer – which is now being used against her by the Trump campaign.

“There is nothing that comes to mind in terms of the decisions that have had an impact — and I was a part of them,” the veep told the all-female panel on Oct. 8.

Later that same day, Harris was asked by CBS late night host Stephen Colbert, “You’re a member of the current administration, but under a Harris administration, what would be the key changes and what would stay the same?”

“Sure, well, I’m obviously not Joe Biden,” Harris ducked, before adding, “So that would be a change in terms of — but I think it’s also important to say that with 28 days to go, I’m not “Am Donald Trump.”

“Let me be very clear that my presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency,” the vice president told Fox News “Special Report” host Bret Baier in an interview that aired Wednesday night.

“Like every new president who takes office, I will bring my life experiences, my professional experiences and fresh and new ideas,” she added.

Harris’ stumbling response to Alexander’s question on Friday sparked stunned reactions from critics on social media.

“She is now the candidate and her most recent answer to that question is that her presidency will be different. But she can’t explain how. Even PETER ALEXANDER trips her up,” one user wrote. “Was she that bad on the campaign trail in 2020?”

Another X user put it more succinctly: “Why is she still unable to answer this question?!”
