Ryan is looking forward to the villa tour

When Ryan Serhant says he’s about to unveil the “biggest house of them all,” it’s high time to listen, as he’s seen a few mansions throughout his career.

The property features details he had never seen in a home before. 7 Stokes Farm Road in Old Tappan, New Jersey is the house that “brought him out of YouTube real estate tour retirement.”

The home sits on a 2-acre lot, spans 10,000 square feet and features a 70-foot pool.

Ryan begins his tour in the heart of the house, the kitchen. While preparing breakfast, you can enjoy the view of Lake Tappan from the kitchen window, which is just the beginning of the list of dreamy aspects of the property.

7 Stokes Farm Road is surrounded by greenery and “privacy” and as Ryan walks into the next room he says it “feels like a Hollywood house”.

Hermes everywhere

Ryan and Jane Angert of JaneFinds, the homeowner, continue the tour and their love of art is clear to see.

The whole place is a “smart home” operated via your phone, which is handy for the see-through gas fireplace on the first floor.

What’s next? Hand-painted walls, Hermes wallpaper on the ceiling, art sculptures and of course a Hermes chess board.

Ryan makes a point of highlighting the “famous floors” of Jane’s house.

He tells the audience: “These are white floors from Germany, they’re single planks, from there to here it’s crazy.” Nobody would do that today, so thank you for doing that… it’s a work of art. “

The artistic pieces appear again and again throughout the tour, as Jane’s library also includes a newly upholstered couch by Vladimir Kagan. There is also a sofa by Jean Paul Gaultier in her husband’s office.

When Ryan enters Jane’s office, he asks, “Is that a bag?” before she explains another one of her collectibles. It’s a “Petite H robot bag,” she says, “the second line from Hermes.”

The two stroll through a hallway into the main room, which has a “Parisian feel” and “embroidered wallpaper” gives off a luxurious Dior vibe.

The grand finale of the whole house has to be Jane’s $6 million closet full of Hermes bags.
