Week 10 of the Georgia high school football season is already here and teams are fighting for playoff position and postseason spots as some of the region’s most important games are on the schedule.

Warner Robins comes to town to take on New Hampstead at Pooler Stadium as both teams fight for a playoff spot in the tough Region 1-4A.

Benedictine is on track to face Wayne County in another Region 1-4A game as sophomore Omari Burse makes his first start behind center while Stephen Cannon is sidelined with injury.

Jenkins (4-2) is on track to face a Long County team (6-0) that is off to its best start in program history in a key region 3-3A game.

Effingham County, which already had a game on Monday night, will face Greenbrier in a key Region 1-5A game.
