Where to watch Skate America 2024: schedule, times, channels, live streams for figure skating events

With some cold in the air again in large parts of North America, the winter sports season has begun.

Some of the world’s best figure skaters have gathered near Dallas for Skate America 2024, kicking off the seven-city Grand Prix of Figure Skating series.

American teenagers will be in the spotlight this weekend as they compete in the Grand Prix on home soil for the only time.

Ilia Malinin of Virginia is the reigning men’s world champion at 19 and has placed first at Skate America for the past two years.

On the women’s side, 17-year-old Isabeau Levito is the newest American sensation. The Philadelphia native placed second at Worlds last spring and Skate America last fall. Another 17-year-old prospect, Elyce Lin-Gracey from California, could also be on the podium this weekend.

Other events include pairs and ice dancing, featuring veteran duo Madison Chock and Evan Bates, the two-time defending champions.

Where to watch Skate America 2024: TV channels, live streams

Skate America airs on E! broadcast! Friday through Sunday, with an additional TV window on NBC on Sunday.

Viewers can stream the entire competition, including daily training sessions, on Peacock. The parts that air on E! will air and NBC will be available to watch on Fubo, which offers a free trial.
