The first film, released in 2016, grossed less than $1 million. The second, in the glorious horror year of 2022, was lucky enough to break the $10 million mark. Now comes a third entry, which not only grossed more than the other two films combined with $18 million on its opening weekend, but also took first place at the domestic box office.
