Cool mornings, another lovely weekend

Cool mornings, another lovely weekend

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – We’ll be the first to let you know a nice weekend forecast for any outdoor plans, especially if you’re a fan of this fall weather.

TODAY

Despite another cool start this morning, things will warm up starting today. Temperatures will slowly rise this morning, reaching highs of over 60 degrees in the afternoon. The wind is finally calming down and there is lots of sunshine.

With clear skies, highs will climb into the upper 60s.(WMBF)

FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

If you’re going to a high school football game tonight, don’t forget the jacket. Temperatures will drop to the low 60s at kickoff and drop to 50 degrees midway through the game, particularly inland areas. We will ensure that the skies are clear for all games in the region and there is no chance of rain. It will feel like football weather!

WARMER THROUGH THE WEEKEND

If you plan to leave for an event in the morning, be sure to bring the extra layer. Luckily, you won’t need the jacket for too long.

Weekend mornings start in the 40s and afternoons look pleasant. We will climb into the lower 70s on Saturday and into the lower to mid 70s on Sunday.
