The Mustangs are the No. 8 team in the country and the No. 3 team overall in Texas, behind No. 1 Duncanville and No. 2 North Crowley.

Kaleb Bailey scored a pair of touchdowns last week and ran for another in Thursday’s 70-0 win over district foe Goose Creek Memorial. Devin Sanchez, the best corner in the country, and Co. face a winless district opponent at home on Thursday.

North Shore features the country’s top-rated cornerback and Ohio State standout Devin Sanchez, as well as 4-star Colorado wide receiver Quanell X Farrakhan Jr.

The Mustangs have three rushers over 200 yards, led by Chris Thomas (282 yards, 5 touchdowns), D’Andre Hardemann (252 yards, 3 touchdowns) and Bailey (220 yards, 3 touchdowns).
