Xbox Free Play Days brings Dying Light, NBA 2K25 and more to Game Pass members this weekend

Microsoft’s Xbox Free Play Days promotion is back with another selection of games to try out over the weekend. Dying Light, ExoCross, And NBA 2K25 are the games available this time? As usual, members of the Xbox Game Pass Core, Standard, and Ultimate tiers are the ones who can get into these promoted games.

From the newest trio, Dying light offers an open-world action RPG experience set in a zombie-infested city. Developed by Techland, the game offers many ways to escape or fight the zombie threat, with extreme parkour, hand-to-hand combat (with a wide range of craftable weapons), and firearms available. Four-player co-op mode is even supported for those who want to play the campaign with friends.

Next, NBA 2K25 comes and advertises his basketball experience to sports fans. Released just a few months ago, this 2K entry features an updated Career Mode, an improved “Dribbble Engine” for authentic player movement, streetball options, reworked shots, and even more realistic animations compared to previous versions.

The last game in the league is ExoCross. This is an off-road racing game set in the future with fully simulated chassis and suspension components and even a soft-body tire model. Here, “out of this world” tracks are literally a reality.
