Syracuse University suspends fraternity after “disgusting” videos posted online: Syracuse University has suspended the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity after several videos posted on social media allegedly showed students being mistreated at the organization’s house. “I am outraged by the actions shown in these videos and condemn this behavior,” said SU Chancellor Kent Syverud.

Onondaga County is funding $1 million for improvements to South Salina Street, part of the Aquarium Cow Trade: In 2002, state legislator Charles Garland’s “yes” vote allowed Onondaga County Administrator Ryan McMahon’s aquarium project to move forward with a 9-8 approval by the county legislature.
