Xbox is removing the cheap way to play “Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6”.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6the latest installment in the franchise, is out later this month and Xbox has quietly removed an inexpensive way to play the game.

As reported by TheGameran offer that allowed first-time users to try Game Pass Ultimate for just $1 (£0.77) is no longer available. Previously, for the price, people could use the service and all the benefits that come with it for two weeks.

Although no statement or official reason has been made, the timing suggests that the aim is to stop people from playing Black Ops 6 which will be available through Game Pass Ultimate at a heavily discounted price.

Due to the takeover of Call of duty Developer Activision Blizzard King, the series is available on Game Pass for the first time ever at no additional cost. Black Ops 6 will be playable for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on October 25, but now you’ll have to pay the full price for it: $19.99 (£14.99) per month.

The removal of this cheap trial comes just months after Microsoft announced it would change Game Pass’s pricing structure. There is now a new default tier that removes some of the benefits associated with Game Pass, such as: B. First-party releases on day one and cloud gaming features. This was announced alongside a general price increase for the other tiers, which now comes into effect.

Black Ops 6 is set during the Gulf War and takes place after the events of Cold War. The trailers show that it features recurring characters like Frank Woods. The story seems to revolve around some sort of secret combat operation.

Additionally, The Last Dinner Party perform their breakout song “Nothing Matters” in Simlish, the language they speak The Sims.
