A total of 6,944 candidates qualified for the NORCET 7 exam (Representational/PTI Photo).

Candidates who appeared in the exam can now check and download their results by visiting the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.ac.in

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi announced the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 7 Mains 2024 results on October 16. Candidates who appeared in the exam can now check and download their results at the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.ac.in. The result notification will contain details of ranks, roll numbers, gender, category and percentage of marks for the selected candidates.

A total of 6,944 candidates qualified for the NORCET 7 exam, of which 2,581 were male and 4,363 female applicants. Meanwhile, the highest number of category candidates who have cleared the Common Eligibility Test for recruitment of nurses (3,161) are OBCs, followed by Schedule Caste (1,430 candidates), Economically Weaker Section (1,007), Unreserved (851) and Schedule Tribe (495). Those who passed will now move on to the document verification phase of the recruitment process.

The Computer Based Online Test (CBT) for NORCET 7 was conducted on October 4th. In addition, the preliminary examination took place on September 15th.

AIIMS NORCET 7 Result 2024: Steps to Check

Step 1: Go to the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for the “NORCET 7 Level 2 Exam” result link and click on it.

Step 3: Click on the PDF file and check your result by roll number.

Step 4: Save and download the page.

According to AIIMS, senior students were given preference in case of tie in points. If ties could not be broken in this way, the institute gave priority to applicants who gave fewer negative answers.

It is important to note that the result is provisional and depends on the candidate’s suitability and fulfillment of other requirements. As per AIIMS, the requirements applicable in various hospitals and institutes for verification of documentation, eligibility etc. would be followed.

The final selection of candidates will be done through online allocation. The full protocol and updated seating will be posted on the main site -aiimsexams.ac.inon on October 23rd. Online voting will then be available from October 23rd to 30th.
