Men’s tennis travels to Waco for the ITA Texas Regionals

WACO, Texas – After just over a week off, the UT Arlington men’s tennis team returns to fall action for the ITA Texas Regionals this Thursday, October 17th through next Tuesday, October 22nd. The six-day event will take place at the Hurd Tennis Center on the Baylor University campus.

The East Round of 64 game begins Thursday, October 17 at 8 a.m. CT.

Ian Uraga is the first for the Mavericks, facing Incarnate Word’s Rafael Candelas Riuz at 9 a.m. CT. Yazid Lahjomri takes on Baylor’s Arman Zamani at 10:30 a.m. CT. Pedro Sasso begins around 10:45 a.m. CT as he takes on Alexandre Chauvel Gobin of Incarnate Word.

Daniel Pérez-Caraballo and Meet Barot Both have a bye and begin their tournament play in the East round of 32.

There will be no live stats during the event, but cameras will be set up in the front six courts to capture live video. You can watch by following the link: utamavs.us/WatchITATexasRegionals.
