The latest fashion trend: pants. . . with only one leg? | 94.5 The Buzz

Is this creative high-end fashion? . . or SHRINKFLATION?

One of the supposed new trends we could see in 2025 is: SINGLE LEG PANTS. So, one of your legs is covered with a pant leg as usual. . . and the other is mostly exposed, as if you were wearing a miniskirt or short shorts.

Several chic fashion companies have had models wearing these on the runway, and one even has these “pants” as part of a collection of women’s workplace clothing for next spring.

It sounds silly, and it is. . . but designers seem to be excited by its “asymmetrical” look. . . Much like there were trends to wear mismatched socks and shoes.

The real question is: Are you still paying for TWO LEGS but only getting one? And the answer is: Oh yes. . . and even more!

These are just super expensive fashions right now, so you won’t be able to get them at Old Navy prices.

It’s also worth mentioning: These are apparently aimed primarily at women as evening wear for conspicuous occasions. . . They are not marketing this to the tough jeans and working class. Still.
