Wholesale platform JOOR has released its latest semi-annual women’s shoppable trends report for Spring 2025. He offers runway insights from his client base of luxury brands that have recently shown their collections at the Big Four Fashion Weeks.

The brands it has drawn on include Loewe, JW Anderson, Simone Rocha, Chloé, Khaite, Vivienne Westwood, Isabel Marant, Victoria Beckham and Dries Van Noten, among others, while it then complements the trends with relevant styles from JOOR’s wider fashion -Ecosystem has matched brands.

The Shoppable report has just been released on JOOR Passport and highlights six key trends for SS25 including Pretty Pastels, Sheer Elegance, Bold Black & White, Sculptural Silhouettes, Fringe Benefits and Micro Minis.

Pretty pastels represent a “departure from the vibrant hues of previous seasons.” [as] Soft pastel tones have resurfaced, especially with designers like Nina Ricci and Erdem. Incorporating these delicate colors into a wardrobe is easy and can be achieved with a statement piece or by mixing separates in complementary tones.”

“Sheer Elegance” first emerged a few seasons ago and shows no signs of slowing down. Fashion brands like Simone Rocha, Khaite and Victoria Beckham are all opting for the appeal of sheer fabrics. Now designers are tapping into the elegant nature of transparency and creating styles suitable for formal occasions.”

Bold Black & White “comes in the form of stripes, prints or two-tone garments” that “add a sense of boldness to any ensemble.”

Sculptural Silhouettes brings new meaning to the term “wearable art.” From exaggerated shoulders to spaceship-like hems that flare out at the hips, this is the expression of personality and structure with style.”

Fringe Benefits features Western-inspired embellishments or a more modern take on a bodice made from shredded fabric to “add an element of drama to silhouettes.”

Finally, Micro Minis sees the skirt trend expanding into mini dresses and “offering a more grown-up appeal.” JOOR said: “The hemlines are shorter than ever before, and this combination of seduction and playfulness makes this trend a top choice for those who like to have fun with their style.” Mini hemlines can be accessorized with ruffles or feathers.
