Columbia Central 3, Jonesville 2: The Golden Eagles won 15-10 in the fifth set and improved to 6-4 in conference play. CCHS finished the night with 17 aces and 55 kills, led by Mara Henry with 16 kills. Alison Richards had 24 assists and Cecelia Slat finished the game with 40 digs for Columbia Central.

Hanover-Horton 3, Leslie 0: The Comets picked up a win on the road in the Cascades Conference on Tuesday.

Michigan Center 3, Homer 2: Saydee Hanks led Homer with 15 kills, Alivia Warner added 12 kills and Kami Williams had 42 assists for Homer.

Manchester 3, Napoleon 2: The Pirates won the second and third sets but fell in the last two on the road on Tuesday.

Concord 3, Springport 0: The Yellowjackets remained undefeated in Big Eight Conference play. Iyla Weeks finished the game with 20 kills, Bradie Lehman recorded 28 assists and Annie Saenz went 16-for-20 with two aces.

Cross country

Big Eight at the Springport Jamboree: Concord finished second and Springport sixth at the Big Eight Conference Jamboree on Tuesday. Maddox Hutchinson of Concord placed seventh overall (18:11), Paul Herendeen was 10th (18:22) and Aidan Bradley of Springport was 11th (18:24). Girls Cross Country

Big Eight at the Springport Jamboree: Concord High School placed fourth and Springport placed seventh at Tuesday’s Big Eight Conference jamboree. Concord runner Haley Stimer was fifth (21:03) and teammate Cieara Barrett was ninth (21:46).

Boys soccer

Jackson Christian 4, Lumen Christi 2: The Royals play Ann Arbor Academy at home in the district final on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
