ZA leak reveals more Pokémon in the game

A new Pokemon Legends: ZA leak has revealed more Pokemon in the game and a returning feature for Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Last week, Pokemon developer Game Freak fell victim to a massive server hack, which in turn exposed a ton of private company information, including private files. The result was new information about old Pokémon games, current Pokémon games, and future Pokémon games.

The leaks included information about Pokemon Legends: ZA, some of which we previously revealed. The first leak for Pokemon Legends: ZA was the news that Mega Evolutions were back. And this ties into the first two leaked Pokemon for the game. More specifically, Mega Zygarde and Mega Zeraora have been leaked.

Now it has been announced via Centro Leaks that Stunfisk, a Ground/Electric-type that debuted in Generation V in Pokémon Black and White, is also in the game. While Stunfisk has a few regional forms – Unovan Stunfisk or Galarian Stunfisk – there is no evolution.

Other new information includes news that the shiny sound is back in Pokemon Legends: Arceus for Pokemon Legends: ZA. Finally, it is claimed that the game is currently in a delayed but “very enjoyable” state. The former is to be expected considering the game is in active development.

This is the end of new information about the game. Of course, what is written here should be viewed with caution. Even if the validity of the leak is undisputed, it is still just a leak. In other words, this is not official news.

Even if Stunfisk is in the game, as well as the shiny sound of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, this could change over the course of development, as is often the case with game development. However, the game’s development is very advanced and its release is scheduled for next year. In fact, the leaks reveal that the release was originally scheduled for this year. For this reason, we don’t expect much to change in the game between now and then unless Game Freak goes completely back on track due to these leaks, but that seems very unlikely.
