Golfer Lauren Miller said Monday she believes former President Trump would protect women in sports better than Vice President Harris if elected president.

Miller, who spoke out about the LPGA Tour’s transgender inclusion policy and made a statement against transgender golfer Hailey Davidson, who competed in the LPGA Tour’s Q School, appeared on OutKick’s “Don’t @ Me with Dan Dakich” on and agreed with the moderator that Trump would fight for women.

“I agree with you. I think we’re seeing it,” Miller said. “Trump came out at his rallies and said, ‘Men won’t play in women’s sports.’ It’s that simple. So I don’t see Kamala suggesting otherwise.

“I think Trump’s words speak for themselves.”

In his speech at the Republican National Convention in July, Trump took a clear position on trans inclusion in women’s sports.

“We won’t have men in women’s sports. This will stop immediately,” Trump said.

The issue of a ban on transgender athletes participating in women’s and girls’ sports has been one of the most hotly debated issues in American politics over the years.

In April, the Biden administration made significant changes to Title IX, introducing new rules aimed at protecting LGBTQ+ students and changing the way sexual harassment and assault claims on campus are adjudicated.

Noticeably absent from these changes, however, was any policy that would prevent schools from outright banning transgender athletes from competing against women.
