Football Leaks: PSG and Manchester City covered up FFP violations with help from UEFA – Telegraphi

Football Leaks claims UEFA helped Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City hide serious Financial Fair Play (FFP) breaches in the form of makeshift sponsorship deals.

The latest edition of the EIC has uncovered a series of leaked documents with shocking claims.

“UEFA entered into a series of secret agreements with City and Paris that allowed the clubs to cheat UEFA’s own Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules to the tune of hundreds of millions of euros.”

“Senior UEFA administrators, including former general secretary and current IFFA president Gianni Infantino, have personally intervened to promote this cover-up of violations at major clubs, while the Club Financial Control Board (CFCB), UEFA’s department, has been responsible for this “We have pursued poorer clubs like those in Turkey and Romania,” the published documents say.

These claims are of great interest to Milan, who were sentenced to expulsion from the Europa League for FFP breaches before returning following a successful appeal.

Milan’s financial situation remains questionable and further investigations into the Italian club are expected next summer.

These publications also state that Gianni Infantino personally negotiated with clubs such as PSG and City to cover serious violations that would lead to their exclusion from European competitions. /Telegraph/
