Propane gas leak call in Anza considered safe in Anza: Cal Fire

ANZA, Calif. – The Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department Hazardous Materials crew ensured a section of Anza was safe Monday after a 500-gallon propane tank was reported to have leaked.

Shortly after noon, crews responded to a call that the valve on a 500-gallon propane tank had burst at a property in the 60700 block of Devils Ladder Road, just off Highway 74, in Anza.

They determined there was no threat to waterways or the public and no evacuations were ordered.
