Milford woman arrested for drugs

On October 2, the Milford Police Department’s Narcotics Unit completed an investigation involving the sale of illegal drugs with the arrest of a Milford woman. With assistance from the Milford Police Department’s patrol and K9 unit, detectives obtained and executed a search warrant at a residence in the 500 block of West St. Milford DE. As a result of the search warrant, crack cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia were seized. As part of this investigation, detectives took one Tecoreulla Gale, 46, of Milford, DE into custody.

Gale was charged with Level 3 Manufacture/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances (felony); Level 3 Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony); Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances (Felony); Maintaining a Drug Possession (Felony); Possession of a Level 1 Quantity of a Controlled Substance (Felony); two counts: endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gale appeared in Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $117,250 unsecured bail. In this case, she was banned from contacting the young people. Gale was ordered to appear in Kent County Court of Common Pleas for a preliminary hearing at a later date.
