Aramark Sports + Entertainment brings fan-favorite flavors to seven NBA and NHL venues during the 2024-25 arena season


PHILADELPHIA – Aramark Sports + Entertainment (Aramark, NYSE: ARMK), the award-winning food and beverage provider in seven National Hockey League (NHL) and National Basketball Association (NBA) arenas, will enhance the game day food and beverage experience throughout the season 2024-25.

Aramark is expanding its dining offerings with new menu items and local culinary partnerships that bring the taste of home to the arena. Fans can look forward to innovative dishes created by Aramark’s culinary team, headlined by one of the most popular items on arena menus – nachos!

Nachos are a perennial favorite among sports fans, and this season Aramark is adding new twists to this classic. We introduce: “Na’cho Average Nacho“, a limited-time culinary program that offers an extravagant nacho experience. Each dish is made with locally inspired ingredients and the generous portions are ideal for sharing with friends or family:

  • Capital Crunch Nachos (Capital One Arena): Tortilla chips, jerk queso, jerk chicken, cilantro cream, pico de gallo and lime. (§ 103)
  • El Disco Familiar (SAP Center): Tortilla chips, white queso, carne asada, chorizo ​​potato mix, chimichurri, poblano pepper and red pepper. (Slapshot Cantina Club, Section 104)
  • North Shore Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos (PPG Paints Arena): Tortilla chips, chipotle queso, barbecue pork, guacamole cream, roasted corn salsa and lime. (NachoChick, Section 105)
  • Ottawa Shawarma Chicken Nacho (Canadian Tire Centre): Tortilla chips, white queso, chicken shawarma, harissa, cucumber, tomato and cilantro. (Ottawa Street Eats, Section 211)

New and expanded brand concepts
This season, fans can enjoy two new and immersive dining experiences Frost Bank CenterHome of the San Antonio Spurs. Sweet ghosts on the South Charter Level introduces a unique Barlour (Bar + Ice Cream Parlor) concept with boozy milkshakes, espresso martinis, coffee, seasonal local cakes, desserts, confections and more. This is an outstanding offer Cookie jar milkshakea mix of vanilla soft serve, Oreo pudding, Oreo cookies, chocolate chip cookies, classic sugar cookies, whole milk and fresh whipped cream.

Additionally, Dax & Marg’s at Section 209 will debut a self-service experience where fans can enjoy their favorite frozen daiquiris and margaritas. Kelvin Slush mixers and premium spirits allow customers to choose their perfect drink. This is a menu highlight Spurs Midnight Margarita with El Jimador Blanco tequila, activated charcoal and edible glitter.

And, at Canadian Tire Centerthe fan favorite Offers love and chicken will open at its new location, Section 100, offering premium chicken tenders, hand-tossed fries and a variety of dipping sauces.

New seasonal dishes
Aramark introduces a variety of new creations to its portfolio, developed both in-house and in collaboration with local culinary talent. From sweet to savory, there is something for everyone. These new offerings include, among others:

  • Asteroid Chicken Sandwich (Capital One Arena): Fried chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño slaw and astro sauce on a brioche bun. (Astro Donuts, Section 110)
  • Bacon Wrapped Sonoran Dog (SAP Center): Bacon-wrapped hot dog, peppers, onions and pico de gallo. (SJ Street Cart, Section 118)
  • Bahn Mi Sandwich (Capital One Arena): Vietnamese marinated crispy pork belly, pickled vegetables, cucumber, cilantro and garlic aioli on bahn mi roll. (Pho Wheels, Section 105)
  • Break the Backboard Burger (Frost Bank Center):Two 5-ounce all-beef patties, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and slivered red onion, on a locally baked potato bun. Served with waffle fries. (Ultra Club, Section 115)
  • Bunz Rebound Burger (Frost Bank Center): 6-ounce double beef patties, roasted garlic aioli, applewood bacon jam, Brie Gouda cheese sauce and jalapeño toreados on a baked broiche bun with Sidewinder fries. (SA Central, Section 108)
  • Canadian Grilled Cubano Sandwich (Canadian Tire Centre): Pea flour, ham, smoked bacon, cucumbers, Swiss cheese and Dijon ketchup. (BYTOWN Grill, Section 118-119)
  • Chicken and Waffles (Wells Fargo Center): Breaded boneless chicken pieces tossed in your choice of wing sauce and served with a homemade potato waffle. (The Coop, Section 106)
  • Chicken Caprese Sandwich (Wells Fargo Center): Grilled chicken, basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, roasted red peppers and balsamic glaze. (9Th Italian Street Sandwiches, Section 104)
