‘Peaky Blinders’ Movie Adds 5 More Recurring Cast Members

A cavalry of original stars have joined the cast Peaky Blinders Film. The upcoming feature film will be a sequel to the BBC series of the same name, which dramatized the lives of the titular real-life Birmingham street gang in the early 20th century and ran for six seasons between 2013 and 2022 Peaky Blinders The film, which is currently being shot under the auspices of director Tom Harper from a script by series creator Steven Knight, has already scheduled star Cillian Murphy to return to the role of crime boss Tommy Shelby.




Per diversity, Five returning stars are set to reprise their original roles in the film Peaky Blinders film opposite Cillian Murphy. These stars include Stephen Graham as longshoreman union leader Hayden Stagg, Sophie Rundle as Tommy’s sister Ada Shelby, Ned Dennehy as Charlie Strong, the Shelby family friend, Ian Peck as Charlie’s assistant Curly and Packy Lee as Tommy’s cousin, friend and employee Johnny dogs.

The cast also includes Jay Lycurgowhose character is still unknown. Lycurgo is probably best known for his role as Tim Drake on the DC Comics TV show Titansbut he also had a small role as a Train Gang Young Member in 2022 The Batman and appears in the 2024 horror comedy The Radleys.
